Hydraulic Cylinder Overhaul

This critical furnace tilting cylinder has undergone a complete overhaul. The cylinder barrel , Nickel and chrome plated piston rod phosphor bronze gland bushes and rod wiper housing have all been replaced. Hebble hydraulic services has delivered a high performance asset built for 300 tonne loads

Technical Specifications

• Dimensions: 450mm Bore | 250mm Rod | 2150mm Stroke.
• Duplex Plating: The rod features a Nickel + Chrome finish, providing a non-porous corrosion barrier and 70 HRC hardness to deflect abrasive furnace scale.
• Mechanicals: New bronze bushes and spherical bearings allow the cylinder to self-align as the furnace frame warps under extreme heat.
