Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Cylinder Overhaul

Our team completed a full overhaul of a 450 mm bore x 250 mm rod x 3,150 mm stroke double-acting hydraulic cylinder. The rebuild included fitting a new barrel and flanges, a chrome-plated piston rod, a phosphor bronze gland bush, and all new piston bearings, seals, spherical rod end bearings, and circlips.
Following reassembly, the unit was pressure tested to 100 BAR on our workshop test bench. It passed all performance checks with zero leakage and smooth actuation, fully restoring the cylinder to peak operational standards.
